WebMar 10, 2024 · The Diamond Head Summit trail on Oahu is approximately 1.6 miles in length round trip. It offers incredible views of the island’s south shore, Waikiki Beach, and the iconic crater. The hike took us (two middle-aged adults in good health) 30 minutes going up moving at a steady pace with one short break. WebIt's a little over a mile, maybe 1.4 miles at the most. It curves back one way, and there is mild elevation. Totally worth it. It's an easy hike and incredible sunrise views. Bring a flashlight and some water. I have even brought my dog a few times. Went here yesterday. WOW. so gorgeous, I can't thank you enough for recommending it.
