WebPybufr_ecmwf is a python module for reading and of writing BUFR files and for composing BUFR templates. This file explains how the high level interface works. The intermediate and low level interface is not documented here (only in the code and in some example files), and their use is not recommended. READING WebPyBufrKit is a pure Python package to work with WMO BUFR (FM-94) messages. It can be used as both a command line tool or library to decode and encode BUFR messages.
