WebSep 2, 2015 · I am having the same issue and reinstalling Chrome did not resolve it. I can go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application and pin the application and it works. But it only works during that session. If I turn off my computer, turn on and log back in, the same problem occurs again. Any fixes?
