I can pick any random wp site I can find and it's the same . If you know of a site that works with wpscan you don't me scanning I can confirm this. WebbGenerates a random non-negative number. For example, if you host your website with WP Engine, they will disable the ability for random order on WP_Query by default and you would need to enable it manually within their settings.
